Services From Our Optometrist and Optometry Team
Our team of optometrists at Studio 2020 Vision Care in Sea Girt, Wall Township NJ is committed to delivering the necessary eye care for our patients. Our eye doctor provides a variety of services, such as eye examinations, treatments for dry eyes, contact lens fittings, and more. Below are some of the optometry services available in coordination with our skilled optician.

Comprehensive Eye Exams
A comprehensive eye examination can help uncover many eye-related and systemic illnesses. The leading causes of blindness in the world today are glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, cataract and macular degeneration. A thorough eye examination is essential to ensuring your eyes will last your lifetime. Earlier detection of eye disease means a better outcome for your vision. During this exam the doctor may check for eye pressure, eye-muscle coordination, pupillary reflexes, and perform imaging screenings. Done annually.

Pediatric Eye Exams
Pediatric eye examinations are imperative for a child's health. Experts agree that 80% of all learning is visual. Children are our most precious asset. Nearly 10% of all children suffer from eye problems, such as lazy or crossed eyes, eye coordination difficultly or even damage to the eye tissues. Unfortunately, most children will not verbalize that they cannot see well. According to numerous pediatric optometry and ophthalmology groups, children should be examined in the first year of life, then before starting school and each year thereafter. Very early detection and treatment of poor vision in children is important for visual development. Poor vision is simply an unnecessary barrier to learning.

Contact Lens Exams
We provide comprehensive contact lens evaluations. Dr. Kaur assess your vision and the health of your cornea to ensure that you are wearing an optimal contact lens prescription. Evaluations range from simple spherical optical correction to complex cases that involve corneal disease including keratoconus. We also offer bifocal/multifocal contact lenses. Regardless of the type of contact lenses you wear, an annual eye exam is recommended to ensure the continued good health of your eyes.

Dry Eye Treatments
We offer advanced dry eye treatments designed to restore comfort and improve long-term eye health. Our Intense Regulated Pulsed Light (IRPL) therapy targets the underlying inflammation and helps improve the function of the oil glands, reducing dryness, irritation, and redness. For more severe cases, we also provide Amniotic Membrane Therapy, a regenerative treatment that promotes healing of the ocular surface and protects the eye while it recovers. Together, these solutions allow us to customize care and effectively treat both the symptoms and root causes of dry eye.

Optical Services
Our optical services combine expert care with the convenience of an advanced in-office digital optical lab. From quick repairs—like fixing broken glasses or replacing nose pads—to precise lens customization, we handle it all on-site for faster turnaround and exceptional quality. Our optical showroom features an extensive selection of frames and sunglasses, offering styles for every look and lifestyle. Whether you need a repair, an upgrade, or a complete new pair, we make the process seamless and tailored to you.

Our services include cataract management, macular degeneration care, glaucoma treatment and monitoring, and retinal disease management using advanced diagnostic technology.
